The dining options were diverse and satisfying, offering plenty of choices. Overall, a good value for money stay with a great location for travelers.
The hotel rooms were slightly more outdated than my colleague's, but they were very comfy after a busy day at Legoland. However, my room was squeezed between a drafty window and overlooking the front door. The service was accommodating and even went the extra mile when I had to extend my stay. The location was superb and suitable for our trip to Twickenham Stadium, being very close to the West Hounslow tube station. The dining options were adequate, although the timing was not ideal for catching flights. Overall, the hotel had its positives and negatives.
